Intake Session
$200 (Private Pay Rates, may be lower with insurance)
Our first session together will be a place to start exploring connections from the past to present day, and working to develop a plan of action moving forward.
Individual Therapy
$110 for 30 min, $150 for 45 min, $175 for 60 min (Private Pay Rates, may be lower with insurance)
At the end of your intake session, we can discuss frequency of treatment needs and decide what length of sessions feel best for you and your specific goals.
Relational Therapy
$175 (Private Pay Rates, may be lower with insurance)
Relational work is a space where we can explore dynamics in various relationships that have been built over time, interrupt harmful patterns, and improve mutual communication.
